What if carrier registration isn't approved yet?
US carriers require businesses to register before texting (A2P 10DLC). Approval usually takes days, sometimes a few weeks. Until it comes through you get assisted mode: a private page on your phone that writes your approved text-back and review request for you, so sending takes one tap from your own phone. If automatic texting isn't live by the end of your trial, we extend your trial.
